Diony Castillo, a local surfer from Cabarete, Dominican Republic has been part of the Liquid Blue Team for almost two years now.
Diony contacted us a while back regarding a job spot we had just posted on social media and after a long, interesting interview with Charles he started working at the Liquid Blue Concept Store.
Diony worked for many months helping and guiding clients with shopping. From choosing kite equipment to helping a client pick the perfect lycra.
He was also very helpful in redesigning the store, making choices regarding brands we should have and just being a manager in general.
Unfortunately COVID-19 happened and all stores including ours shut down. We were stuck at home for many months and the 1st of July we got permission to open again; we had to use and follow all government’s guidelines.
Diony kept working at the shop but in the meanwhile was emerging himself in a very different world.
In mid-September Diony decided to start something new in his life, he had recently discovered his passion for animals and that would be the path he would want to follow.
We want to thank Diony for all his years of service and wish him a very good luck for his next step in life.
