The day has finally arrived. Our organizers have selected the date for the first Xtreme Down Winder Challenge which will take place this upcoming Wednesday the 14th of August 2019. Twelve Challengers will be doing one of the Longest downwinder ever attempted in the Dominican Republic. This Challenge consists of a 110 km long (70 miles) Down Winder, going from the main town of Cabarete all the way to Buen Hombre, Monte Cristi. This event will be a stepping stone, promoting that great things do happen in the Dominican Republic.
It will also demonstrate that anyone can finalize any challenges they have in life as long as they put their body and mind to it Overcoming this challenge will test the strength of the human body, to another level.
También demostrará que cualquier persona puede finalizar todo desafío que enfrenten en la vida siempre y cuando pongan el esfuerzo de su mente y cuerpo. Superar este desafío pondrá a prueba la fuerza del cuerpo humano, a otro nivel.
The Xtreme Downwinder Challenge will take place if everything goes according to plan. All participants will begin this adventure and embark at 10:00 AM and will be arriving at the final destination, Buen Hombre at 15:15 PM. We have prepared a complete media team, to successfully document this great challenge, showcase the endurance of the athletes and display the amazing surroundings of our island.

Todos los participantes comenzarán la aventura y embarcarán a las 10:00 a.m; llegando al destino final, Buen Hombre a las 15:15 PM. Hemos preparado un equipo de producción completo, para documentar con éxito este gran desafío, mostrando la gran habilidad de los atletas y dando a conocer los increíbles alrededores de nuestra isla.
